حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ مَسْعُودٍ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ دَاءً إِلَّا قَدْ أَنْزَلَ لَهُ شِفَاءً عَلِمَهُ مَIt was narrated from 'Abdullah (RA) that the Prophet (PBUH) said: "No one withholds the zakah of his wealth but a bald-headed serpent will be made for him which will follow him, and he will flee from it and it will follow him, saying: 'I am your treasure". Then 'Abdullah recited the confirmation of that from the Book of Allah: "the things which they covetously withheld, shall be tied to their necks like a collar on the Day of Resurrection" [Al 'Imran 3:180], نْ عَلِمَهُ وَجَهِلَهُ مَنْ جَهِلَهُ

مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 3578

It was narrated that Abu ' Abdur-Rahman 'Abdullah bin Habeeb said: I heard 'Abdullah bin Mas'ood (RA) attribute it to the Prophet (PBUH): "Allah has not sent down any disease but He has also sent down a remedy for it; those who know it know' it and those who did not know it is not know it."
