مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 3577
It was narrated from 'Abdullah (RA) that the Prophet (PBUH) said: "No one withholds the zakah of his wealth but a bald-headed serpent will be made for him which will follow him, and he will flee from it and it will follow him, saying: 'I am your treasure". Then 'Abdullah recited the confirmation of that from the Book of Allah: "the things which they covetously withheld, shall be tied to their necks like a collar on the Day of Resurrection" [Al 'Imran 3:180],
