مسند امام احمد بن حنبل · Hadith 3170
It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas (RA) said: I stayed over-night with my maternal aunt Maimoonah, the wife of the Prophet (PBUH). The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) prayed 'Isha', then he came and prayed four ( rak'ahs ), then he slept. Then he got up and prayed four (rak'ahs), then he said: "Has the little boy gone to sleep?" or words to that effect. Then I came and stood on his left, and he made me stand on his right. Then he prayed five rak'ahs, then two, then he went to sleep until I could hear him breathing deeply. Then he went out for the prayer.
