3513 - أخبرنا أبو الحسين بن الفضل القطان أنا أبو عمرو بن السماك نا أبو الأحوص محمد بن الهيثم نا أبو توبة الربيع بن نافع نا يزيد بن ربيعة عن أبي الأشعث عن أبي عثمان عن ثوبان : أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه و سلم قال : تحل الصدقة من ثلاث من الإمام الجامع و من ذي الرحم لرحمه و من التاجر المكثر
