حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ کَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُتَوَارِيًا بِمَکَّةَ وَکَانَ يَرْفَعُ صَوْتَهُ فَإِذَا سَمِعَ الْمُشْرِکُونَ سَبُّوا الْقُرْآنَ وَمَنْ جَائَ بِهِ فَقَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لِنَبِيِّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَلَا تَجْهَرْ بِصَلَاتِکَ وَلَا تُخَافِتْ بِهَا
صحیح بخاری · Hadith 7547
Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The Prophet was hiding himself in Mecca and used to recite the (Qur'an) in a loud voice. When the pagans heard him they would abuse the Qur'an and the one who brought it, so Allah said to His Prophet: 'Neither say your prayer aloud, nor say it in a low tone.' (17.110)
