أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَتَبَ إِلَى الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ أَنْ يُورِثَ امْرَأَةَ أَشْيَمَ الضِّبَابِيِّ مِنْ دِيَتِهِ. قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ: وَكَانَ أَشْيَمُ قُتِلَ خَطَأً. قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ: وَكَانَ أَشْيَمُ قُتِلَ خَطَأً.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1350
Malik, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, told us that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, wrote to Al-Dahhak bin Sufyan that he inherited from the mother of Dahr, from the mother of Dhi, to the inheritance of the mother of Dhi. Ibn Shihab said: It was Ashim who was killed by mistake. Ibn Shihab said: It was Ashim who was killed by mistake.
