عَنْ نَافِعِ: أَنَّ عَبْداللہِ بْنَ عُمَرَکَانَ یَقُولُ: صَدَقَہُ الثِّمَارِ وَالزُّرُوعِ مَا َکَانَخْلا أوْ کَرْمًا أوْ زَرْعًا أَوْ شَعِیرًا أَوْ سُلْتًا فَمَا َکَانَ بَعْلا أَوْ سَفْیًا بِنَھْرٍ أَوْ یُسْقَی بِالْعَیْنِ أوْ عَثْرِیًا بِالْمَطَرِ فَقِیہِ الْعُشُورُ وَمِنْ کُلِّ عَشَرَۃ وَاحِدٌ، وَمَا َکَانَ مِنْہُ یُسْقَی بِالنَّضْح، فَفِیہِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ فِی کُلِّ عِشْرِ ینَ وَاحِدٌ، وَمَا َکَانَ مِنْہُ یُسْقَی بِالنَّضْحِ فَفِیہِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ فِی کُلِّ عَشْرِ بِنَ وَاحِدٌ

Nafie: that Abdallہ Ben Amrکan says: Sedkہ fruits and crops What کankhala or کrma or seed or barley or CELTA what was Baala or Sophia Bnھr or irrigates eye or Osrیa rain Vqیہ tithes and each Ashrۃ one, and what was Mnہ irrigates Balndh, Vvیہ half of the ten In every twentieth one, and what was watered by the exudate, in half of ten in every ten children
