عَنْ أَبِی عَمْرِ وبَنِ حِمَاسٍ: أَنَا أَبَاہُ قَالَ:مَرَرْتُ بِعُمَرَبْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ وَعَلَی عُنُقِی آدِمَۃٌ أَحْمِلْھَا،فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: أَلا تُوَدِّی زَکَتَکَ یَا حِمَاسُ؟ فَقُلْتُ: یَا أمِیرَ الْمُؤْمِیِینَ، مَالِی غَیْرُ ھَذِہِ الَّتِی عَلَی ظَھْرِی وَاَھِبۃٌ فِی الْقَرَظِ، فَقَالَ: ذَاکَ مَالٌ فَضَعَ، قَالَ:فَوَضَعْتُھَا بَیْنَ یَدَیْہِ، فَحَسَبَھَا فَوَجَدْتُ قَدْ وَجَبَ فِیھَا الزَّکَاۃُ، افَأَخَذَ مِنْھَا الزَّکَاۃَ
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 710
On the authority of Abu Umar and Bin Hammas: I, my father, said: I have passed through the age of the speech. The Lord, may God be pleased with you, is on the neck of Adam’s blood. I said: O Commander of Almamییn, non-financial ھzہ that the Zھrی and Aھbۃ in Qaraz, he said: Maک money, please put, he said: Vodatھa between یdیہ, Vhspھa had found where it shall Zکaۃ, of which Shall I then take Zکaۃ
