أَخْبَرَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَمنْہُ اسْتَعْمَلَ أَبَا سُفْیَانَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللہِ عَلَی الطَّائِفِ وَمَخَالِیفِھَا، فَخَرَجَ مُصَدِّقًا فَاعْتَدَّ عَلیْھِمُ الْغَدِیَّ، وَلَمْ یَأْخُذْ مِنْھُمْ، فَقَالُوا لَہُ:إِنُ کُنْتَ مُعْتَدَّا عَلَیْنَا بِالْغَذِیِّ فَخُذْہُ مِنَّا، فَأَمْسْکَ حَتَّی لَقِی عُمَرَ، فَقَالَ لَہُ: اعْلَمْ أَنَّھُمْ یَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّکَ تَظْلَمُھُمْ تَعْتَدُّ عَلَیْھِمْ بَالْغَذِیِّ وَلا تَأْ خُدُہُ مِنْھُمْ، فَقَالَ لَہُ عُمَرُ:فَاعْتَدَّ عَلَیْھِمْ بِالْغَذِیِّ حَتَّی بَالسَّخْلَۃِ یَرُوحُ بِھَا الرَّاعِی عَلَی یَدِہِ وَقُلْ لَھُمْ:لاآخُذُ مِنْکُمُ الرُّبَّی وَلا الْمَاخِضَ، وَلا ذَاتَ الدَّرِّ، وَلا الشَّاۃَ الأَکُولَۃْ وَلا فَحْلَ الْغَنَمِ، وَخُذِ الْعَنَاقَ وَالْجَذَ عَۃَ وَالثَّنِیَّۃَ فَذَلِکَ عَدْلٌ بَیْنَ غَذِیِّ الْمَالِ وَخِیَارِہ
