عَنۡ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: ھَذِہِ الصَّدَقَۃُ ، ثُمَّ تُرِکَتِ الۡغَنَمُ وَغَیۡرُھَا، وَکَرِ ھَھَا النَّاسُ۔ بِسۡمِ اللہِ الرَّحۡمَنِ الرَّحِیمِ ھَذِہِ فَرِیضَۃُ الصَّدَقَۃِ الَّتِی فَرَضَھَا رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیۡھِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَی الۡمُسۡلِمِینَ الَّتِی أَمَرَ اللہُ بِھَا فَمَنۡ سُئِلَھَا عَلَی وَجۡھِھَا مِنَ الۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ فَلۡیُعۡطِھَا، وَمَنۡ سُئِلَ فَوۡقَھَا فَلا یُعۡطِہِ ۔ فِی أَرۡبَعٍ وَعِشۡرِینَ مِنَ الاِ بِلِ فَمَا دُونَھَا الۡغَنَمُ فِی کُلِّ خَمۡسٍ شَاۃٌ، فَاِذَا بَلَغَتۡ خَمۡسًا وَعِشۡرِینَ اِلَی خَمۡسٍ وَثَلا ثِینَ فَفِیھَا ابۡنَۃُ مَخَاضٍ أُنۡثَی، فَاِنۡ لَمۡ یَکُنۡ فِیھَا ابۡنَۃُ مَخَاضٍ فَابۡنُ لَبُونٍ ذَکَرٌ، فَاِذَا بَلَغَتۡ سِتًّا وَثَلاثِینَ اِلَی خَمۡسٍ وَأَرۡبَعِینَ فَفِیھَا ابۡنَۃُ لَبُونٍ أُنۡثَی ، فَاِذَا بَلَغَتۡ سِتًّا وَأَرۡبَعِینَ اِلَی سِتِّینَ فَفِیھَا حِقَّۃٌ طَرُوقَۃُ الۡجَمَلِ ، فَاِذَا بَلَغَتۡ اِحۡدَی وَسِتِّنَ اِلَی خَمۡسٍ وَسَبۡعِینَ فَفِیھَا جَذَعَۃٌ فَاِذَا۔بَلَغَتۡ اِحۡدَی وَتِسعِینَ اِلَی عِشۡرِینَ وَمِائَۃٍفَفِیھَا حِقَّتَانِ طَرُوقَتَا الۡجَمَلِ فَاِذَا زَادَتۡ عَلَی عَشۡرِینَ وَمِائَۃٍ فَفِی کُلِّ أَرۡبَعِینَ بِنۡتُ لَبُون وَفِی کُلِّ خَمۡسِینَ حِقَّۃٌ ۔ وَاِنۡ تَبَایَنَتۡ أَسۡنَا نُ الاِبِلِ فِی فَرِیضَۃِ الصَّدَقَۃِ وَمَنۡ بَلَغَتۡ عِنۡدَہُ مِنَ الاِبِلِ صَدَقَۃُ الۡجَذَعَۃِ وَلَیۡسَتۡ عِنۡدَہُ جَذَعَۃٌ وَعِنۡدَہُ حِقَّۃٌ ، فَاِنَّھَا تُقۡبَلُ مِنۡھُ الۡحِقَّۃُ وَیَجۡعَلُ مَعَھَا شَاتَیۡنِ اِنِ اسۡتَیۡسَرَتَا عَلَیۡہِ أَوۡ عِشۡرِینَ دِرۡھَمًا ، فَاِذَا بَلَغَتۡعَلَیۡہِ الۡحِقَّۃُ ، وَلَیۡسَۃۡ عِنۡدَہُ حِقَّۃٌ وَعِنۡدَہُ جَذَعَۃٌ ، فَاِنَّھَا تُقۡبَلُ مِنۡہُ الۡجَذَعَۃُ ، وَیُعۡطِیہِ الۡمُصَدِّقُ عِشۡرِینَ دِرۡہَمًا أَوۡ شَاتَیۡنِ
