عَنْ أَبِیھِا قَالَ: کُنْتُ إِذَا جِئْتُ عُثْمَانَ بْمَ عَفَّانَ أَقْبِضُ مِنْہُ عَطَائیِ، سَأَلَنِی: ھَلْ عِنْدَکَ مِنْ مَال وَجَبَتْ فِیہِ الزَّکَاۃُ؟ فَإِنْ قُلْتُ: نَعَمْ أَخَذَ مِنْ عَطَائِی زَکَاۃَ ذَلِکَ الْمَالِ، فَإِنْ قُلْتُ:لا۔ دَفَعَ إِلَیَّ عَطَائِی۔ أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 693
On the authority of her father, he said: When Osman came, what was to be forgotten? I received from me my bid. He asked me: Do you have any money that you owed? If I said: Yes, he would take from my money zakat that money, if I said: No۔ He gave me my gift۔ Take the three hadiths out of the Zakat Book
