عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ یَزِیدَ: أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ کَانَ یَقُولُ:ھَذَا شَھْرُ زَکَاتِکُمْ، فَمَنْ کَانَ عَلَیْہِ دَیْنٌ فَلْیُؤَدِّیْنَہُ حَتَّی تَخْلُصَ أَمْوَ الْکُم فَتُؤَدُّونَ مِنْھَا الزَّکَاۃَ

For bulk bin Yazid: Othman bin Affan Allہ Anہ was to say: this month Zکatکm, it was Alیہ debt Vlیadیnہ until the disposal of which Amu quantitative Vtadon Zکaۃ
