عَبْدِ اللہِ عَنِ الزَّکَاۃِ فَقَالَ :أَعْطِھَا أَنْتَ، فَقُلْتُ:أَلَمْ یَکُنِ ابْنُ عُمَرَ یَقُولُ: ادْفَعْھَا إِلَی السَّلْطَان، قَالَ: بَلَی، وَلکِنِّی لا أَخْرَجَ لأَ رْبَعَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مَنْ کِتَابِ أَدَبِ الْقَاضِی، وَالْخَامِسَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ
