[4068] أخبرني أبو عبد الرحمن السلمي، أنا علي بن عمر، ثنا عمر بن الحسن بن علي، ثنا إبراهيم بن الهيثم البلدي، ثنا علي بن عياش، ثنا بقية، عن شعبة، عن الحجاج بن أرطاة، عن عطاء، عن عمر بن الخطاب قال: أجاز رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - شهادة رجل وامرأتين في النكاح (4).هذا لا يثبت، والحجاج بن أرطاة لا يحتج به، وهو مرسل؛ عطاء لم يسمع من عمر - رضي الله عنه -.
