[3945] أخبرنا أبو حازم العبدوي، ثنا أبو أحمد محمد بن محمد (5) بن أحمد بن إسحاق الحافظ، أنا أبو الجهم أحمد بن الحسين القرشي بدمشق، ثنا أحمد بن أبي الحواري، ثنا حفص بن غياث، ثنا الأعمش، عن شقيق بن سلمة، عن عمرو بن الحارث، عن زينب امرأة ابن مسعود، أنها قالت: يا رسول الله، أيجزئ عنا أن نجعل (6) الصدقة في زوج فقير وابن أخ أيتام في حجورنا؟ فقال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "لك أجر الصدقة وأجر الصلة".رواه البخاري عن عمر بن حفص، عن أبيه (7). ورواه مسلم عن أحمد بن يوسف، عن عمر بن حفص في حديث طويل (8).
