6458 حدثنا محمد بن إسحاق الصغاني قثنا إسحاق بن عيسى قثنا مالك عن ربيعة عن يزيد مولى المنبعث عن زيد بن خالد الجهني رضي الله عنه قال جاء رجل إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فسأله عن ضالة الغنم فقال لك أو لأخيك أو للذئب قال فضالة الإبل فقال ما لك ولها معها سقاؤها وحذاؤها ترد الماء وتأكل الشجر حتى تلقى ربها فسأله عن اللقطة فقال اعرف عفاصها ووكاءها ثم عرفها سنة فإن جاء صاحبها وإلا فشأنك بها ) قال إسحاق قال لي مالك قال ( شأنك بها تصدق بها )

6459 حدثنا أحمد بن عبد الحميد الحارثي قثنا معاوية بن هشام ح وحدثنا أبو العباس الغزي قثنا الفريابي قالا ثنا سفيان عن منصور عن طلحة بن مصرف عن أنس بن مالك رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مر بتمرة ملقاة في الطريق فقال ( لولا أني أخشى أن تكون من تمر الصدقة لأكلتها ) ____________________
