6411 حدثنا أبو إسماعيل الترمذي قثنا القعنبي عن مالك عن عبد الله ابن أبي بكر عن أبيه عن عبد الله بن عمرو بن عثمان عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي عمرة الأنصاري عن زيد بن خالد الجهني رضي الله عنه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ( ألا أخبركم بخير الشهداء الذي يأتي بشهادته قبل أن يسألها أو يخبر بالشهادة قبل أن يسألها )

6412 حدثنا أبو داود الحراني قثنا أبو زيد قثنا شعبة عن أبي جمرة قال دخل علي زهدم بن مضرب على فرس فحدثني قال سمعت عمران بن حصين رضي الله عنهما قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ( خيركم قرني ثم الذين يلونهم ثم الذين يلونهم ثلاثا ثم إن من بعدهم قوما يخونون ولا يؤتمنون ويشهدون ولا يستشهدون وينذرون ولا يوفون ويظهر فيهم السمن ثم قال لا أدري ذكر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بعد قرنه قرنين أو ثلاثة ) - * 7 بيان الإباحة للحاكم أن يفزع الخصمين ويحتال عليهما ليقر المنكر منهما بالحق أو يتبين له طالب الحق - *
