6220 حدثنا القاسم بن المغيرة الجوهري ببغداد قثنا الوليد بن صالح النخاس قثنا حفص بن غياث عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه عن عائشة قالت لم يكن يقطع سارق في عهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إلا في ثمن المجن أو الحجفة أو الترس وهو يومئذ ذو ثمن وقال عروة لم يكن يقطع في عهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في الشيء التافه رواه ابن نمير عن حميد
