6152 حدثنا جعفر بن محمد الصائغ قثنا عفان قثنا حماد بن سلمة قال أنبا ثابت عن أنس بن مالك أن أخت الربيع أم حارثة جرحت إنسانا فاختصموا إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ( القصاص القصاص ) فقالت أم الربيع يا رسول الله أتقتص من فلانة لا والله لا تقتض منها أبدا فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ( سبحان الله يا أم الربيع القصاص كتاب الله قالت لا والله لا يقتص منها فما زالت حتى قبلوا الدية فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ( إن من عباد الله من لو أقسم على الله لأبره )

6153 حدثنا أبو أمية قثنا سليمان بن حرب قثنا حماد بن سلمة عن ثابت عن أنس أن أخت الربيع أم حارثة جرحت إنسانا قال فرفعت إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال القصاص فقالت أم حارثة أيقتص من فلانه لا والله لا يتقص منها أبدا قال فقال لها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يا أم حارثة كتاب الله فقالت لا والله لا يقتص منها أبدا قال فكلموا القوم فرضوا بالدية فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ( إن من عباد الله من لو أقسم على الله لأبره ) -
