5696 حدثنا إبراهيم بن محمد الصفار الرقي قثنا المعافى بن سليمان قثنا زهير بن معاوية ح وحدثني الدوسي البغدادي قثنا عاصم بن علي ح وحدثني أبو عبد الله السختياني قثنا أحمد بن يونس قثنا زهير بن معاوية قثنا أبو الزبير عن جابر بن عبد الله قال قالت امرأة بشير انحل ابني غلاما وأشهد لي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فأتى به رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال إن ابنة فلان سألتني أن أنحل ابنها غلامي وقالت أشهد لي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال ( أله أخوة ) قال نعم قال ( فكلهم أعطيت مثل ما أعطيته ) قال لا قال ( فليس يصلح هذا وإني لا أشهد إلا على حق ) - * 6 باب الخبر الناهي عن العمرى والخبر المجيز لها وأن الشرط فيها بالرجوع إلى المعمر باطل إذا جعلها له ولعقبه - *
