5599 حدثنا حمدان بن يوسف السلمي والحسن بن أبي الربيع قالا ثنا عبد الرزاق قال أنبا معمر عن ابن طاوس عن أبيه عن ابن عباس قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ( اقسموا المال بين أهل الفرائض على كتاب الله فما تركت الفرائض فلأولى رجل ذكر ) كذا قال معمر لم يذكر الجرجاني ( على كتاب الله )

5600 حدثنا أبو المثنى معاذ بن المثنى العنبري قثنا محمد بن المنهال قثنا يزيد بن زريع قثنا روح بن القاسم عن عبد الله بن طاوس عن أبيه عن ابن عباس عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه قال ( ألحقوا الفرائض بأهلها فما تركت الفرائض فلأولى رجل ذكر ) رواه زيد بن الحباب عن يحيى بن أيوب عن ابن طاوس بنحو حديث وهيب وروح بن القاسم - * 3 باب فريضة الأخت الواحدة والأختين إذا لم يكن للميت ولد ولا والد والدليل على أنه لا يجب رد البقية عليهم - *
