5388 حدثني جعفر بن محمد القلانسي بالرملة قثنا أحمد بن يونس قثنا سعيد بن سالم القداح عن أيمن بن نابل قال نبئت عن ابن شهاب عن مالك بن أوس قال أقبلت أقول من يصطرف الدراهم فقال طلحة بن عبيد الله وهو عند عمر أرني ذهبك ثم ائتنا إذا جاءنا نعطيك ورقك قال كلا والله لتعطينه ورقك أو لتردن عليه ذهبه فإن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ( الذهب بالورق ربا إلا هاء وهاء والشعير بالشعير ربا إلا هاء وهاء والتمر بالتمر ربا إلا هاء وهاء والبر بالبر ربا إلا هاء وهاء )

5389 حدثنا أحمد بن يوسف السلمي ومحمد بن عبد الله بن مهل ومحمد بن إسحاق بن الصباح قالوا ثنا عبد الرزاق قال أنبا معمر عن الزهري قال أخبرني مالك بن أوس بن الحدثان قال صرفت من طلحة بن عبيد الله ورقا بذهب فقال أنظرني حتى يأتينا خازننا من الغابة فسمعها عمر بن الخطاب فقال لا والله لا تفارقه حتى تستوفي منه صرفه فإني سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول ( الذهب بالورق ربا إلا هاء وهاء والبر بالبر ربا إلا هاء وهاء والشعير بالشعير ربا إلا هاء وهاء والتمر بالتمر ربا إلا هاء وهاء ) وقال ابن مهل حتى يستوفي منك صرفك -
