5228 حدثنا مالك بن سيف التجيبي قثنا عبد الله بن عبد الحكم قثنا بكر بن مضر عن ابن لهاد عن أبي بكر بن محمد عن عمر بن عبد العزيز عن أبي بكر بن عبد الرحمن أنه سمع أبا هريرة يقول قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ( أيما رجل أدرك سلعته بعينها عند رجل قد أفلس فهو أحق بها من غيره )

5229 حدثنا أبو إبراهيم الزهري قثنا إبراهيم بن الحسن المقسمي قثنا حجاج بن محمد عن ابن جريج قال أخبرني ابن أبي حسين المكي أن أبا بكر بن محمد بن عمرو بن حزم حدثه أن عمر بن عبد العزيز حدثه عن أبي بكر ابن عبد الرحمن عن حديث أبي هريرة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عن الرجل يعدم إذا وجد عنده المتاع بعينه لم يفرقه فإنه لصاحبه الذي باعه
