4989 حدثنا صالح بن عبد الرحمن بن عمرو بن الحارث قثنا ابن أبي مريم قثنا سليمان بن بلال قال حدثني الضحاك بن عثمان عن بكير بن عبد الله بن الأشج عن سليمان بن يسار عن أبي هريرة أنه دخل على مروان وهو على المدينة وكان مروان قد أحل بيع الصكوك التي بالجار قبل أن تستوفى قال أحللت بيع الصكوك قبل أن تستوفى أحللت الربا أشهد لسمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول ( من ابتاع طعاما فلا يبيعه حتى يستوفيه ) فرد مروان ذلك البيع حدثنا محمد بن حيويه قثنا ابن أبي مريم بإسناده سواء -
