4913 حدثنا محمد بن عبيد الله بن المنادي قثنا روح بن عبادة عن ابن جريج وصخر بن جويرية قالا ثنا نافع عن ابن عمر أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ( إذا ابتاع المتبايعان فكل واحد منهما من بيعه بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا أو يكون بيعهما عن خيار ) وزاد ابن جريج في حديثه فإذا كان ثم خيار فقد وجب البيع وفي حديث ابن جريج أيضا قال نافع وكان ابن عمر إذا بايع رجلا فأراد أن لا يقيله قام فمشي هنيهة ثم رجع إليه

4914 حدثنا علي بن الحسن الدرابجردي قثنا عبد المجيد بن عبد العزيز عن ابن جريج ح وحثنا يوسف بن مسلم قثنا حجاج عن ابن جريج أخبرني نافع عن ابن عمر قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ( إذا تبايع المتبايعان فكل واحد منهما بالخيار من بيعه ما لم يتفرقا أو يكون بيعهما عن خيار فإذا كان بيعهما عن خيار فقد وجب البيع )

4915 حدثنا موهب بن يزيد بن موهب ويونس بن عبد الأعلى قالا ثنا ابن وهب قال أخبرني الليث بن سعد أن نافعا حدثه عن ابن عمر ح وحدثنا الربيع بن سليمان ثنا شعيب بن الليث وأسد بن موسى قالا ثنا الليث عن نافع عن ابن عمر ح وحدثنا الصغاني قثنا أبو النضر قثنا الليث حدثني نافع عن ابن عمر ح وحدثنا محمد بن حيويه قثنا أحمد بن يونس قالا ثنا ليث عن نافع عن ابن عمر أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال ( إذا تبايع الرجلان فكل واحد منهما بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا وكانا جميعا أو يخير أحدهما الآخر فإن خير أحدهما الآخر فتبايعا على ذلك فقد وجب البيع وإن تفرقا بعد أن تبايعا ولم يدرك واحد منهما البيع فقد وجب البيع ) حديثهم واحد
