3072 حدثنا علي بن عثمان النفيلي وأبو داود الحراني وأبو أمية قالوا حدثنا يعلى بن عبيد حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن عمرة عن عائشة قالت كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا أراد أن يعتكف صلى الصبح ثم دخل في المكان الذي يريد أن يعتكف فيه فأراد أن يعتكف في العشر الأواخر من رمضان فأمر فضرب له خباء وأمرت عائشة فضرب لها خباء وأمرت حفصة فضرب لها خباء فلما رأت زينب خباءها أمرت بخباء فضرب لها فلما رأى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ذلك قال ( آلبر يردن ) فلم يعتكف في رمضان واعتكف عشرا من شوال

3073 حدثنا العطاردي حدثنا ابن فضيل عن يحيى ين سعيد عن عمرة عن عائشة قالت كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يعتكف في كل شهر رمضان فإذا صلى الغداة جلس في مكانه الذي اعتكف بليل فاستأذنته عائشة أن تعتكف فأذن لها فضربت قبة فسمعت بها حفصة فضربت قبة فسمعت بها زينب ابنت جحش فضربت قبة أخرى فلما انصرف رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من الغداة ابصر أربع قباب فقال ( ما هذا ) فأخبر خبرهن فقال ( آلبر حملهن على هذا انزعوها انزعوها فلا أراها ) قالت فنزعت قلم يعتكف في رمضان حتى اعتكف في عشر شوال - * 53 باب بيان الإباحة للنساء أن يعتكفن في المسجد والدليل على حظر اعتكافهن إلا بإذن أزواجهن وأنه ليس عليهن قضاء إذا نقضن اعتكافهن إذا اعتكفن بغير إذن أزواجهن وأن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان إذا فرغ من صلاته لم يثبت في مصلاه ورجع إلى خبائه - *
