3336 - وَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الْقَاضِي، مَا لَمْ يَجُرْ» أَوْ قَالَ: «يَدُ اللَّهِ مَعَ الْقَاضِي مَا لَمْ يَجُرْ»

ابن اَبِیْ اَوْفٰی ← الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ← عِمْرَانُ، ← عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ ← وَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى،

3337 - وَأَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْأُرُزِيُّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ، عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِنَحْوِهِ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ إِلَّا عِمْرَانُ، فَأَدْخَلَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، بَيْنَ عَمَّارٍ، وَبَيْنَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ حُسَيْنَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، وَلَا نَعْلَمُ مَنْ حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ هَذَا

النَّبِيِّ بِنَحْوِهِ، وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ ← ابن اَبِیْ اَوْفٰی ← الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ← الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ← عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ، ← مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ ← الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْأَرُزِّيُّ،

3338 - أَخْبَرَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى، رَضِيَ [ص:274] اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَدْعُو عَلَى الْأَحْزَابِ يَقُولُ: «اللَّهُمَّ مُنْزِلَ الْكِتَابِ سَرِيعَ الْحِسَابِ اهْزِمِ الْأَحْزَابَ وَزَلْزِلْهُمْ» ، وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى إِلَّا مِنْ [ص:275] حَدِيثِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى، وَرَوَاهُ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ

3339 - أَخْبَرَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اعْتَمَرَ فَطَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ، ثُمَّ خَرَجَ يَطُوفُ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ، فَجَعَلْنَا نَسْتُرُهُ لَا يُصِيبُهُ أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ مَكَّةَ، أَوْ يَرْمِيهِ أَحَدٌ مِنْهُمْ بِشَيْءٍ» [ص:276]، وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ لَهُ طَرِيقًا عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى إِلَّا هَذَا، الطَّرِيقَ وَرَوَاهُ غَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ

3340 - أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الرُّخَامِيُّ، وَهِلَالُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ، قَالَا: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَنْ يَلِجَ النَّارَ أَحَدٌ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا وَالْحُدَيْبِيَةَ» ، وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا رَوَاهُ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ إِلَّا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، وَلَا عَنْ عِيسَى إِلَّا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ

3341 - أَخْبَرَنَا تَمِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْتَصِرِ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَحَلَقَ فِي عُمْرَتِهِ» [ص:277]، وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُ رَوَاهُ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى إِلَّا شَرِيكٌ

3342 - أَخْبَرَنَا السَّرِيُّ بْنُ يَحْيَى ابْنُ أَخِي هَنَّادٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْيَعْفُورِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى، قَالَ: شَهِدْتُهُ وَكَبَّرَ عَلَى جَنَازَةٍ أَرْبَعًا، ثُمَّ قَامَ سَاعَةً يَعْنِي يَدْعُو، ثُمَّ قَالَ: «كُنْتُمْ تَرَوْنَ أَنِّي كُنْتُ مُكَبِّرًا خَمْسًا» ، قَالُوا: لَا، قَالَ: «إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُكَبِّرُ أَرْبَعًا»

لَا۔ ← «كُنْتُمْ تَرَوْنَ أَنِّي كُنْتُ مُكَبِّرًا خَمْسًا» ← شهدته وكبر على جنازة أربعا ثم قام ساعة يعني يدعو ثم ← عَبْدِ اللہِ بْنِ اَبِیْ اَوْفٰی ← أَبِي الْيَعْفُورِ، ← الْحَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، ← قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، ← السَّرِيُّ بْنُ يَحْيَى ابْنُ أَخِي هَنَّادٍ

3343 - أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْجُنَيْدِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي مُوَاتِيَةَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ سَيْفٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ [ص:278] عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى أَصْحَابِهِ أَجْمَعَ مَا كَانُوا، فَقَالَ: «إِنِّي أُرِيتُ اللَّيْلَةَ مَنَازِلَكُمْ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَقُرْبَ مَنَازِلِكُمْ» ، ثُمَّ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَقْبَلَ عَلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ فَقَالَ: «يَا أَبَا بَكْرٍ، إِنِّي لَأَعْرِفُ رَجُلًا أَعْرِفُ اسْمَهُ وَاسْمَ أَبِيهِ وَأُمَّهُ لَا يَأْتِي بَابًا مِنْ أَبْوَابِ الْجَنَّةِ إِلَّا يُقَالُ لَهُ مَرْحَبًا مَرْحَبًا» ، فَقَالَ لَهُ سَلْمَانُ: إِنَّ هَذَا لَمُرْتَفِعٌ شَأْنُهُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: «فَهُوَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي قُحَافَةَ» ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَى عُمَرَ فَقَالَ: " يَا عُمَرُ، لَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ فِيَ الْجَنَّةِ قَصْرًا مِنْ دُرَّةٍ بَيْضَاءَ، شَرَفُهُ لُؤْلُؤٌ أَبْيَضٌ، مَشَيَّدٌ بِالْيَاقُوتِ، فَقُلْتُ: لِمَنْ هَذَا؟، فَقِيلَ: لِفَتًى مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ، فَظَنَنْتُ أَنَّهُ لِي فَذَهَبْتُ لِأَدْخُلَهُ، فَقَالَ: يَا مُحَمَّدُ، هَذَا لِعُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ فَمَا مَنَعَنِي مِنْ دُخُولِهِ إِلَّا غَيْرَتَكَ يَا أَبَا حَفْصٍ "، فَبَكَى عُمَرُ وَقَالَ: بِأَبِي وَأُمِّي، أَعَلَيْكَ أَغَارُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟، ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَى عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ فَقَالَ: «يَا عُثْمَانُ، إِنَّ لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ رَفِيقًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ، وَأَنْتَ رَفِيقِي فِي الْجَنَّةِ» ثُمَّ أَخَذَ بِيَدِ عَلِيٍّ، فَقَالَ: «يَا عَلِيُّ، أَمَا تَرْضَى أَنْ يَكُونَ مَنْزِلُكَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مُقَابِلَ مَنْزِلِي» قَالَ: بَلَى بِأَبِي وَأُمِّي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: «فَإِنَّ مَنْزِلَكَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مُقَابِلَ مَنْزِلِي» ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَى طَلْحَةَ وَالزُّبَيْرِ، فَقَالَ: «يَا طَلْحَةُ وَيَا زُبَيْرُ، إِنَّ لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ حَوَارِيُّ وَأَنْتُمَا حَوَارِيِّي» ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، فَقَالَ: " لَقَدْ بَطَّأَ بِكَ عَنِّي مِنْ بَيْنَ أَصْحَابِي، حَتَّى خَشِيتُ أَنْ تَكُونَ قَدْ هَلَكْتَ وَغَرِقْتَ غَرَقًا شَدِيدًا، فَقُلْتُ: مَا بَطَّأَ بِكَ؟ " فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، مِنْ كَثْرَةِ مَالِي مَا زِلْتُ مَوْقُوفًا مَحَاسَبًا، أَسْأَلُ عَنْ مَالِي مِنْ أَيْنَ اكْتَسَبْتُهُ؟، وَفِيمَ أَنْفَقْتُهُ؟، فَبَكَى عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ وَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، هَذِهِ [ص:279] مِائَةُ رَاحِلَةٍ جَاءَتْنِي اللَّيْلَةَ مِنْ تُجَّارِ مِصْرَ، فَأَنَا أُشْهِدُكَ أَنَّهَا عَلَى أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ وَأَبْنَائِهِمْ، لَعَلَّ اللَّهَ يُخَفِّفُ عَنِّي ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ وَعَمَّارُ بْنُ سَيْفٍ صَالِحٌ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ ثِقَةٌ وَابْنُ أَبِي مُوَاتِيَةَ صَالِحٌ، وَسَائِرُ الْإِسْنَادِ لَا يُسْأَلُ عَنْهُ لِثِقَتِهِمْ وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى إِلَّا مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ

خَرَجَ النَّبِيُّ عَلَى أَصْحَابِهِ أَجْمَعَ مَا كَانُوا، ← [ص:38] عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى، ← إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي1 خَالِدٍ ← عَمَّارُ بْنُ سَيْفٍ، ← عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ← مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي مُوَاتِيَةَ، ← إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْجُنَيْدِ،

3344 - أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْجُنَيْدِ، وَطَلِيقُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، قَالَا: أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: «إِنَّمَا جَمَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ الْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ لِأَنَّهُ عَلِمَ أَنَّهُ لَا يَحُجُّ بَعْدَ عَامِهِ ذَلِكَ» ، وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ أَخْطَأَ فِيهِ يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ إِذْ رَوَاهُ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى، وَإِنَّمَا الصَّحِيحُ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَرَوَاهُ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

3347 - وَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ، وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، قَالَا: أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ أَبُو خَالِدٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ يَعْنِي السَّكْسَكِيَّ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَشَكَى إِلَيْهِ نِسْيَانَ الْقُرْآنِ، فَقَالَ: عَلِّمْنِي شَيْئًا يُجْزِئُنِي، فَقَالَ: «قُلْ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ» ، قَالَ: فَعَدَّهُنَّ فِي يَدِهِ، ثُمَّ ضَمَّ أَصَابِعَهُ خَمْسًا، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، هَذَا لِرَبِّي فَمَا لِي؟، قَالَ: «قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي، وَارْحَمْنِي، وَعَافِنِي، وَارْزُقْنِي، وَاهْدِنِي» ، قَالَ: فَعَدَّهُنَّ فِي يَدِهِ خَمْسًا وَضَمَّ أَصَابِعَهُ الْأُخْرَى، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَمَّا هَذَا فَقَدْ مَلَأَ يَدَيْهِ خَيْرًا» [ص:281]، وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ لَا نَعْلَمُهُ يُرْوَى إِلَّا عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ السَّكْسَكِيُّ هُوَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، وَيَزِيدُ أَبُو خَالِدٍ هُوَ يَزِيدُ الدَّالَانِيُّ
