Musnad Imam Shafi

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ الْبَادِيَةِ يُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا: إِنَّهَا تَنْثَوِي حَيْثُ يَنْثَوِي أَهْلُهَا.

Malik told us about Hisham Ibn Arwah, on the authority of his father, who said in the apparent woman that his wife dies while he is here.

فِي الْمَرْأَةِ الْبَادِيَةِ يُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا: إِنَّهَا تَنْثَوِي حَيْثُ يَنْثَوِي أَهْلُهَا. ← أَبِيهِ ← هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، ← مَالِكٍ،

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَعَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ مِثْلَهُ أَوْ مِثْلَ مَعْنَاهُ لا يُخَالِفُهُ.

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: لَيْسَ لِلْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا نَفَقَةٌ، حَسْبُهَا الْمِيرَاثُ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرِّسَالَةِ، وَإِلَى آخِرِ الرَّابِعِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْعِدَدِ.

Abd al-Majid told us about Ibn Jarij, on the authority of Abu al-Zubayr, on the authority of Jabir that he said: It is not for the deceased who passed away from him. Take the first from the letter of the letter, and to the end of the fourth from the book of number.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَجِيدِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: لا يَصْلُحُ لِلْمَرْأَةِ تَبِيتُ لَيْلَةً وَاحِدَةً إِذَا كَانَتْ فِي عِدَّةِ وَفَاةٍ أَوْ طَلاقٍ إِلا فِي بَيْتِهَا.

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ: أَنَّ ابْنَةَ سَعِيدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ كَانَتْ عِنْدَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، فَطَلَّقَهَا أَلْبَتَّةَ، فَخَرَجَتْ فَأَنْكَرَ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهَا ابْنُ عُمَرَ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْعِدَدِ.
