أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْجَرْمِيِّ قَالَ: خَيَّرَنِي عَلِيٌّ بَيْنَ أُمِّي وَعَمِّي، ثُمَّ قَالَ لأَخٍ لِي أَصْغَرَ مِنِّي: وَهَذَا أَيْضًا لَوْ قَدْ بَلَغَ مَبْلَغَ هَذَا لَخَيَّرْتُهُ.

قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ مِثْلَهُ. وَقَالَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ: وَكُنْتُ ابْنَ سَبْعِ أَوْ ثَمَانِ سِنِينَ. أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ عِشْرَةِ النِّسَاءِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: الْمُولِي الَّذِي يَحْلِفُ لا يَقْرَبُ امْرَأَتَهُ أَبَدًا.

الْمُولِي الَّذِي يَحْلِفُ لا يَقْرَبُ امْرَأَتَهُ أَبَدًا. ← ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّهُ ← أَبِي يَحْيَى، ← عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ ← سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، ← الشَّافِعِیُّ

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، قَالَ: أَدْرَكْتُ بِضْعَةَ عَشَرَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُلُّهُمْ يُوقِفُ الْمُولِي. قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: فَأَقَلُّ بِضْعَةَ عَشَرَ أَنْ يَكُونُوا ثَلاثَةَ عَشَرَ، وَهُوَ يَقُولُ: مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، قَالَ: أَدْرَكْتُ بِضْعَةَ عَشَرَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، كُلُّهُمْ يُوقِفُ الْمُولِي.

أَدْرَكْتُ بِضْعَةَ عَشَرَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ كُلُّهُمْ يُوقِفُ الْمُولِي. ← سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، ← يَحْيَی بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ← ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ،

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ: شَهِدْتُ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَوْقَفَ الْمُولِيَ.

Ibn Aainah told us, on the authority of Abi Ishaq Al-Shaybani, on the authority of Al-Sha'bi, on the authority of Amr ibn Salamah, who said: I witnessed it against God.

شَهِدْتُ عَلِيًّا أَوْقَفَ الْمُولِيَ. ← عَمْرِو بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، ← الشَّعْبِيِّ، ← أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ← ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ،

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ مَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ: أَنَّ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَوْقَفَ الْمُولِيَ.

Ibn 'Uainah, on the authority of Laith, on the authority of Mujahid, told us about Marawan ibn al-Hakam: that Ali, may God be pleased with him, had stopped the money.

مَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ: أَنَّ عَلِيًّا أَوْقَفَ الْمُولِيَ. ← مُجَاهِدٍ ← لَيْثٌ، ← ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ،

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ مَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ: أَنَّ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَوْقَفَ الْمُولِيَ.

مَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ: أَنَّ عَلِيًّا أَوْقَفَ الْمُولِيَ. ← مُجَاهِدٍ ← لَيْثٌ، ← ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ،

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ: كَانَتْ عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، إِذَا ذُكِرَ لَهَا الرَّجُلُ يَحْلِفُ أَنْ لا يَأْتِيَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَيَدَعَهَا خَمْسَةَ أَشْهُرٍ لا تَرَى ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا حَتَّى يُوقِفَ. وَتَقُولُ: كَيْفَ قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى: {فَإِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ} [البقرة: 229] .

لَهَا الرَّجُلُ يَحْلِفُ ← كانت عائشة إذا ← الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، ← أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، ← سُفْيَانَ،

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: إِذَا آلَى الرَّجُلُ مِنَ امْرَأَتِهِ لَمْ يَقَعْ عَلَيْهَا طَلاقٌ، وَإِنْ مَضَتْ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ حَتَّى يُوقِفَ، فَإِمَّا أَنْ يُطَلِّقَ وَإِمَّا أَنْ يَفِيءَ.

ابْنِ عُمَرَ:أَنَّہُ ← نَافِعٍ ← مَالِكٍ،

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ كَانَ يُوقِفُ الْمُولِي. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ، وَإِلَى آخِرِ الثَّامِنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الصَّدَاقِ وَالإِيلاءِ وَهِيَ آخِرُ مَا فِيهِ.

جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ← مَالِكٍ،

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ: أَنَّ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتَ سَهْلٍ أَخْبَرَتْهَا: أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ عِنْدَ ثَابِتِ بْنِ قَيْسِ بْنِ شَمَّاسٍ وَأَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَرَجَ إِلَى صَلاةِ الصُّبْحِ، فَوَجَدَ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتَ سَهْلٍ عِنْدَ بَابِهِ فِي الْغَلَسِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ هَذِهِ» ؟ فَقَالَتْ: أَنَا حَبِيبَةُ بِنْتُ سَهْلٍ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، فَقَالَ: «مَا شَأْنُكِ» ؟ قَالَتْ: لا أَنَا وَلا ثَابِتٌ لِزَوْجِهَا، فَلَمَّا جَاءَ ثَابِتُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ قَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «هَذِهِ حَبِيبَةُ بِنْتُ سَهْلٍ، قَدْ ذَكَرَتْ مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تَذْكُرَ» . فَقَالَتْ حَبِيبَةُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، كُلُّ مَا أَعْطَانِي عِنْدِي. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «خُذْ مِنْهَا» فَأَخَذَ مِنْهَا وَجَلَسَتْ فِي أَهْلِهَا.

He said: "What do you want?" She said: No I'm not fixed to her husband, when he fixed bin Qais came to him, said the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him: «This plain girl Habiba, has said God willing, to remember». Habiba said: O Messenger of God, all that He has given me. And the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Take it from her.” So he took it from her and sat in her family.
