أَخْبَرَنَا الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ابْنَةِ حَمْزَةَ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ سُفْيَانَ.

Al-Darwardi told us, on the authority of Hisham Bin Arwa, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ كَانَتْ لَهُ امْرَأَتَانِ، فَأَرْضَعَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا غُلامًا، وَأَرْضَعَتِ الأُخْرَى جَارِيَةً، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: هَلْ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْغُلامُ الْجَارِيَةَ؟ فَقَالَ: لا. اللِّقَاحُ وَاحِدٌ.

Tell us Malik from Ibn Shihab from Amr ibn Shareed that Ibn Abbas was asked about a man who had two wives, one Vordat boy, and other ongoing breastfeeds, was said to him: Do you marry the boy going? He said: No. The vaccine is one.

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ: أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخْبَرَتْهَا: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ عِنْدَهَا، وَأَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ صَوْتَ رَجُلٍ يَسْتَأْذِنُ عَلَى حَفْصَةَ. قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا: فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، هَذَا رَجُلٌ يَسْتَأْذِنُ فِي بَيْتِكَ. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَرَاهُ فُلانًا» ، لِعَمِّ حَفْصَةَ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ. فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، لَوْ كَانَ فُلانٌ حَيًّا لِعَمِّهَا مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ فَدَخَلَ عَلَيَّ. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «نَعَمْ. إِنَّ الرَّضَاعَةَ تُحَرِّمُ مَا يَحْرُمُ مِنَ الْوِلادَةِ» .

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: جَاءَ عَمِّي أَفْلَحُ، وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ أَحْكَامِ الْقُرْآنِ، وَإِلَى آخِرِ السَّادِسِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرَّضَاعِ وَهِيَ أَوَّلُ مَا فِيهِ وَالسَّابِعَ وَقَوْلَ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا جَاءَ عَمِّي أَفْلَحُ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ تَقُولُ: نَزَلَ الْقُرْآنُ عَشْرُ رَضَعَاتٍ مَعْلُومَاتٍ يُحَرِّمْنَ، ثُمَّ صُيِّرْنَ إِلَى خَمْسٍ يُحَرِّمْنَ، وَكَانَ لا يَدْخُلُ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا إِلا مَنِ اسْتَكْمَلَ خَمْسَ رَضَعَاتٍ.

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: كَانَ فِيمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فِي الْقُرْآنِ عَشْرَ رَضَعَاتٍ يُحَرِّمْنُ ثُمَّ نُسِخْنَ بِخَمْسِ رَضَعَاتٍ مَعْلُومَاتٍ. فَتُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهِيَ مِمَّا يُقْرَأُ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ: أَنَّهَا أَخْبَرَتْهُ: أَنَّ حَفْصَةَ أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَرْسَلَتْ لِعَاصِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ إِلَى أُخْتِهَا فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ عُمَرَ تُرْضِعُهُ عَشْرَ رَضَعَاتٍ لِيَدْخُلَ عَلَيْهَا وَهُوَ صَغِيرٌ يَرْضَعُ فَفَعَلَتْ، فَكَانَ يَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهَا. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرَّضَاعِ، وَالثَّانِيَ وَالثَّالِثَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا تُحَرِّمُ الْمَصَّةُ وَلا الْمَصَّتَانِ وَلا الرَّضْعَةُ وَلا الرَّضْعَتَانِ» .

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Sufian, Hisham, from his father, Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr: that the Prophet, peace be upon him said: «Do not deprive Almsh nor Almstan nor feed nor Alrdatan».

أَخْبَرَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لا تُحَرِّمُ الْمَصَّةُ وَلا الْمَصَّتَانِ» .

On the authority of Hisham Bin Arwa, on the authority of His Father, on the authority of Abd Allah Ibn Al-Zubayr, he told us: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said:

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ: أَنَّ سَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَخْبَرَهُ: أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرْسَلَتْ بِهِ وَهُوَ يَرْضَعُ إِلَى أُخْتِهَا أُمِّ كُلْثُومٍ فَأَرْضَعَتْهُ ثَلاثَ رَضَعَاتٍ، ثُمَّ مَرِضَتْ فَلَمْ تُرْضِعْهُ غَيْرَ ثَلاثِ رَضَعَاتٍ، فَلَمْ أَكُنْ أَدْخُلُ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا مِنْ أَجْلِ أَنَّ أُمَّ كُلْثُومٍ لَمْ تُكْمِلْ لِي عَشْرَ رَضَعَاتٍ. أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرَّضَاعِ، وَالثَّانِيَ وَالثَّالِثَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، أَظُنُّهُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: لا يُحَرِّمُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ إِلا مَا فَتَقَ الأَمْعَاءَ. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرَّضَاعِ.

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَمْعَةَ: أَنَّ أُمَّهُ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتَ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ أَرْضَعَتْهَا أَسْمَاءُ بِنْتُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ امْرَأَةُ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ، فَقَالَتْ زَيْنَبُ بِنْتُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ: وَكَانَ الزُّبَيْرُ دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ وَأَنَا أَمْتَشِطُ، فَيَأْخُذُ بِقَرْنٍ مِنْ قُرُونِ رَأْسِي فَيَقُولُ: أَقْبِلِي عَلَيَّ فَحَدِّثِينِي، أُرَاهُ أَنَّهُ أَبِي، وَمَا وَلَدَ فَهُمْ إِخْوَتِي. ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ قَبْلَ الْحَرَّةِ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيَّ فَخَطَبَ إِلَيَّ أُمَّ كُلْثُومٍ ابْنَتِي عَلَى حَمْزَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، وَكَانَ حَمْزَةُ لِلْكَلْبِيَّةِ فَقَالَتْ لِرَسُولِهِ: وَهَلْ تَحِلُّ لَهُ، إِنَّمَا هِيَ ابْنَةُ أُخْتِهِ؟ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيَّ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ إِنَّمَا أَرَدْتُ بِهَذَا الْمَنْعِ لِمَا قِبَلَكَ لَيْسَ لَكَ بِأَخٍ أَنَا وَمَا وَلَدَتْ أَسْمَاءُ فَهُمْ إِخْوَتُكَ، وَمَا كَانَ مِنْ وَلَدِ الزُّبَيْرِ غَيْرُ أَسْمَاءَ فَلَيْسُوا لَكَ بِإِخْوَةٍ، فَأَرْسِلِي فَسَلِي عَنْ هَذَا: فَأَرْسَلْتُ فَسَأَلْتُ وَأَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُتَوَافِرُونَ وَأُمَّهَاتُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، فَقَالُوا لَهَا: إِنَّ الرَّضَاعَةَ مِنْ قِبَلِ الرَّجُلِ لا تُحَرِّمُ شَيْئًا، فَأَنْكَحَتْهَا إِيَّاهُ فَلَمْ تَزَلْ عِنْدَهُ حَتَّى هَلَكَ.
