أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَمْعَةَ: أَنَّ أُمَّهُ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتَ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ أَرْضَعَتْهَا أَسْمَاءُ بِنْتُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ امْرَأَةُ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ، فَقَالَتْ زَيْنَبُ بِنْتُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ: وَكَانَ الزُّبَيْرُ دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ وَأَنَا أَمْتَشِطُ، فَيَأْخُذُ بِقَرْنٍ مِنْ قُرُونِ رَأْسِي فَيَقُولُ: أَقْبِلِي عَلَيَّ فَحَدِّثِينِي، أُرَاهُ أَنَّهُ أَبِي، وَمَا وَلَدَ فَهُمْ إِخْوَتِي. ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ قَبْلَ الْحَرَّةِ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيَّ فَخَطَبَ إِلَيَّ أُمَّ كُلْثُومٍ ابْنَتِي عَلَى حَمْزَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، وَكَانَ حَمْزَةُ لِلْكَلْبِيَّةِ فَقَالَتْ لِرَسُولِهِ: وَهَلْ تَحِلُّ لَهُ، إِنَّمَا هِيَ ابْنَةُ أُخْتِهِ؟ فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيَّ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ إِنَّمَا أَرَدْتُ بِهَذَا الْمَنْعِ لِمَا قِبَلَكَ لَيْسَ لَكَ بِأَخٍ أَنَا وَمَا وَلَدَتْ أَسْمَاءُ فَهُمْ إِخْوَتُكَ، وَمَا كَانَ مِنْ وَلَدِ الزُّبَيْرِ غَيْرُ أَسْمَاءَ فَلَيْسُوا لَكَ بِإِخْوَةٍ، فَأَرْسِلِي فَسَلِي عَنْ هَذَا: فَأَرْسَلْتُ فَسَأَلْتُ وَأَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُتَوَافِرُونَ وَأُمَّهَاتُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، فَقَالُوا لَهَا: إِنَّ الرَّضَاعَةَ مِنْ قِبَلِ الرَّجُلِ لا تُحَرِّمُ شَيْئًا، فَأَنْكَحَتْهَا إِيَّاهُ فَلَمْ تَزَلْ عِنْدَهُ حَتَّى هَلَكَ.
