عَنْ أَبِی سَعِیدٍ الْخُذْرِیِّ، عَنِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((لَیْسَ فِیمَادُونَ خَمْسَۃِ أَوْسُقِ صَدَقَۃٌ))۔ أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ

عَنْ أَبِی حُمَیْدٍ السَّاعِدِیِّ، قَالَ: اسْتَعْمَلَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلا مِنَ الأَسْدِ، یُقَالُ لَہُ:ابْنُ انلُّتْبِیَّۃِ عَلَی الصَّدَقَۃِ، فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ قَالَ: ھَذَالکُمْ، وَھَذَا أُھْدِیَ إِلَیَّ، فَقَامَ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَی الْمِنْبَرِ، فَقَالَ:ھَذَا لَکُمْ، وَھَذَانِی، فَھَلا جَلَسَ، فِی بَیْتِ أَبِیہِ أَوْ بَیْتِ أُمِّہِ فَیَنْظُرَ یُھْدَی إِلَیْہِ أَمْ؟ وَالَّذِی نَفْسِی بِیَدِہِ لایَأْخُذُ أَحَدٌ مِنْھا شَیْئًا إِلا جَاءَ بِہِ یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَۃِ یَحْمِلُہُ عَلَی رَقَبَتِہ، وَإِنْ کَانَ بَعِیرًا لَہُ دُغَاءٌ، أَوْبَقَرَۃٌ لَھَا خُوَارٌ، أَوْ شَاۃٌ تَیْعِرُ، ثُمَّ رَفَعَ یَدَیْہِ حَتَّی رَأیْنِا عُفْرَۃَ إِبْطَیْہِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: ((اللَّھُمَّ بَلَّغْتُ، اللَّھُمَّ ھَلْ بَلَّغْتُ))

عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ، قَالَ: اسْتَعْمَلَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ عُبَادَۃَ بْنَ الصَّامِتِ عَلَی الصَّدَقَۃِ،فَقَالَ:((اتَّقِ بَا أَبَا الْوَلِیدِ لا تَأُتِی یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَۃِ بِنَعِیرٍ تَحْمِلُہُ عَلَی رَقَبَتِکَ لَہُ رُغَاءٌ أَوْ بَقَرَۃٍ لَھَا خُوَارٌ أَوْ شَاۃٍ تَیْعِرُ لَھَا ثُوَاجٌ)۔ فَقَالَ: یَا رَسُولَ اللہِ، وَإَنَّ ذَا لَکّذَا؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ :((إِی وَالَّذِی نَفْسِی بِیَدِہِ إِلا مَنْ رَحِمَ اللہُ))، قَالَ:وَالَّذِی بَعَثَکَ بِالْحَقِّ لا أَعْمَلُ عَلَی اثْنَیْنِ أَبَدًا

عَنْ مَوْلَی لِعُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ قَال: بَیْنَا أَنَا مَعَ عُثْمَانَ فِی مَالِہِ بِالْعَالِیَۃِ فِی یَوْمِ صَائِفٍ إِذْرَأَی رَجُلا یَسُوقُ بَکْرَیْنِ وَعَلَی الأَرْضِ مِثْلُ الْفَرَاشِ مِنْ الْحَرِّ، فَقَالَ: مَاعَلَی ھَذَ الَوْ أَقَامَ بِالْمَدِینَۃِ حَتَّی یَبْرُدَ، ثُمَّ بَرُوحُ، ثُمَّ دَنَا الرَّجُلُ۔ فَقَالَ: انْظُرْ مَنْ ھَذَا؟ فَقُلْتُ: أَرَی رَجُلا مُعَمَّمًا بِرِ دَائِہِ یَسُوقُ بَکْرَیْنِ، ثُمَّ دَنَا الرَّجُلُ، فَقَالَ: انْظُرْ فَنَظَرْتُ فَإِذَا عُمَرُبْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ، فَقُلْتُ: ھَذَا أَمِیرُ الْمُوْمِیِینَ۔ فَقَامَ عُثْمَانُ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ فَأَخْرَجَ رَأْسَہُ مِنَ الْبَابِ فَآذَاہُ نَفْحُ السَّمُومِ فَأَعَادَرَأْسَہُ حَتَّی حَاذَاہُ، فَقَالَ: مَاأَخْرَجَکَ ھَذِہ السَّاعَۃَ؟ فَقَالَ : بَکْرَانِ مِنْ إِبِلِ الصَّدَقَۃِ تَخَلَّفَا، وَقَدْ مُضِیَ بِإِبِل الصَّدَقَۃِ فَأَرَدْتُ أَنْ أُلْحِقَھُمَا بِالْحِمَی وَخَثِیثُ أَنْ یَضِیعَا فَیَسْأَلَنِی اللہُ عَنْھُمَا، فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: یَاأَمِیرَ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ ھَلُمَّ إِلَی الْمَاءِ وَالظِلَلِّ وَنَکْفِیکَ۔ فَقَالَ: عُدْ إِلَی ظِلِّکَ، فَقَالَ: عِنْدَنَا مَنْ وَنَکْفِیکَ۔ فَقَالَ: عُدْ إِلَی ظِلِّکَ وَمَضَی، فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ: مَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ یَنُظُرَإِنَّ الْقَوِیِّ الأَمِینِ فَلْیَنْظُرْإِلَی ھَذَا فَعَادَ إِلَیْنَا فَأَلْقَی نَفْسَہُ۔ أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ، وَالثَّانِیَ مِنْ کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ عَلِیَّ وَعَبْدِ اللہِ مِمَّالَمْ یَسْمَعِ الرَّبِیعُ مِنَ الشَّافِعِیّ
