Musnad Imam Shafi

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: أَنَّہُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْعَنْبِرِ فَقَالَ :إِنْ کَانَ فِیہِ شَیْءٌ، فَفِیہِ الْخُمُسُ۔

On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him: He was asked about the amber and he said: If there is anything in it, then the fifth۔

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسِ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ: أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسِ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْعَنْبَرِ، فَقَالَ:إَنْ کَانَ فِیہِ شَیْءٌ، فَفِیہِ الْخُمُسُ۔أَخْرَجَ الأَوَّلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ، وَالثَّانِیَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْبُوُعِ

أَبِيهِ ← ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ،

أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ:لَیْسَ فِی الْعَنْبَرِ زَکَاۃٌ، إِنَّمَا ھُوَ شَیْءٌ دَسَرَہُ الْبَحْرُ۔

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أنَّہُ قَالَ: لَیْسَ فِی الْعَنْبَرِ شَیْءٌ، إِنَّمَا ھُوَ شَیْءٌ دَسَرَہُ الْبَحْرُ۔أَخْرَجَ الأَوَلَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْبُیُوعِ، وَالثَّانِیَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزّکَاۃِ

ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

عَنْ عَتَّابِ بْنِ أَسِیدٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِی زَکَاۃِ الْکَرْمِ:((یُخْرَصُ کَمَا یُخْرَصُ النَّخْلُ، ثُمَّ تُوَْدَّی زَکَاتُہُ زَبِیًا کَمَا تُؤَدَّی زَکَاۃُ النَّخْل تَمْرًا))

عَتَّابِ بْنِ أُسَيْدٍ

أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ بَیْعَثُ مَنْ یَضْرِصُ عَلَی النَّاسِ کُرُومَھُمْ وَثِمَارَھُمْ۔

عَنْ نَافِعِ: أَنَّ عَبْداللہِ بْنَ عُمَرَکَانَ یَقُولُ: صَدَقَہُ الثِّمَارِ وَالزُّرُوعِ مَا َکَانَخْلا أوْ کَرْمًا أوْ زَرْعًا أَوْ شَعِیرًا أَوْ سُلْتًا فَمَا َکَانَ بَعْلا أَوْ سَفْیًا بِنَھْرٍ أَوْ یُسْقَی بِالْعَیْنِ أوْ عَثْرِیًا بِالْمَطَرِ فَقِیہِ الْعُشُورُ وَمِنْ کُلِّ عَشَرَۃ وَاحِدٌ، وَمَا َکَانَ مِنْہُ یُسْقَی بِالنَّضْح، فَفِیہِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ فِی کُلِّ عِشْرِ ینَ وَاحِدٌ، وَمَا َکَانَ مِنْہُ یُسْقَی بِالنَّضْحِ فَفِیہِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ فِی کُلِّ عَشْرِ بِنَ وَاحِدٌ

نَافِعٍ

عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِی ذُبَابٍ، قَالَ:قَدِمْتُ عَلَی رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَسْلَمْتُ، ثُمَّ قُلْتُ:یاَرَسُولُ اللہُِ،اجْعَلْ لِقَوْمِی مَا أَسْلَمُوا عَلَیْہِ مِنْ أَمْوَالِھُمْ فَفَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ وَاسْتَعْمَلَنِی عَلَیْھِمْ، ثُمَّ اسْتَعْمَکَنِی أَبُوبَکْرِ، ثُمَّ عُمَرُ۔ قَالَ:وَکَانَ سَعْدٌ مِنْ أَھْلِ السَّوَاۃِ قَالَ: فَکَلَّمْتُ قَوْمِی فِی الْعَسَلِ، فَقُلْتُ لَہُ: زَکَاۃٌ، فَإِنَّہُ لا خَیْرَ فِی ثَمَرَۃٍ لا تُزَکَّی۔ فَقَالُوا: کَمْ؟ قَالَ: فَقُلْتُ: الْعُشْرُ۔فَأَخَذْتُ مِنْھُمُ الْعۃشْرَ فَأَخْبَرْتُہُ مَاکَانَ فَقَبَضَہُ عُمَرُ فَبَاعَہُ، ثُمَّ جَعَلَ ثَمَنَہُ فِی صَدَقَاتِ الْمُسْلِمِینَ

عَنْ أَبِیہِ:أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَمْہُ َکَانَ یَأْخَذُ مِنَ النَّبَطِ مِنَ الْحِنْطَۃِ وَالزَّیْتِ نِصْفَ الْعُشُرِ یُرِیدُ بِذَلِکَ أَنْ یُکَثِّرَ الْحَمْلَ إِلَی الْمَدِینَۃِ، وَیَأْ خُذُ مِنَ الْقِطْنِیَّۃِ الْعُشْرَ

أَبِيهِ

عَنِ السَّائِبِ بْنِ یَزِیدَ:أَنَّہُ قَالَ: کُنْتُ عَمِلا مَعَ عَبْداللہِ بْنِ عُتْبَتُ عَلَی سُوقِ الْمَدِینَۃِ فِی زَمَانَ عُمَرَبْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ، فَکَانَ یَأْخُذَ مِنَ النَّبَطِ الْعُشْرَ۔أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَہَ الأَحَدِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ، وَالْخَامِسَ وَالسَّادِسَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْجِزْیَۃِ

السَّائِبِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ

عَنْ أَبِی سَعِیدٍ الْخُذْرِیِّ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: ((لَیْسَ فِیمَادُونَ خَمْسَۃِ أَوْسُقِ مِنَ التَّمْرِ صَدَقَۃٌ))۔

On the authority of Abu Sa’id al-Khudhary, may God be pleased with him: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “There is no more than five pairs of time.”

أَبِی سَعِیدٍ الْخُذرِیِّ

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَعِیدٍ الْخُدرِیَّ، یَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ :((لَیْسَ فِیمَادُونَ خَمْسَۃِ أَوْسُقٍ صَدَقَۃٌ))
