Musnad Imam Shafi

عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِی مُلَیْکَۃَ أَنَّ عَائِشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا کَانَتْ تُحَلِّی بَنَاتِ أَخِیھَا الدَّھَبَ فَکَانَتْ لا تُخْرِجُ زَکَاتَہُ

It was narrated on the authority of Ibn Abi Mulayek that Aisha, may God be pleased with her, was the daughters of her brother's daughters, but she did not pay zakat

ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْکَةَ

عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:أَنِّہُ کَانَ عَلَی بَنَاتِہِ وَجَوَرِیہِ الذَّھَبُ ثُمَّ لا یُخْرجُ مِنْہُ الزَّکَاۃَ۔

On the authority of Ibn Omar: I used to have daughters and adore gold, and then did not pay zakat from it.

ابْنِ عُمَرَ

عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِینَارِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَجُلا یَسْأَلُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللہِ عَنِ الْجُلِیِّ أَفِیہِ الزَّکَاۃُ؟ فَقَالَ جَابِرٌ: لا،فَقَالَ : وَإِنْ کَانَ یْبْلُغُ أَنْفَ دِیَنَارٍ، فَقَالَ جَابِرٌ: کَثیرٌ

On the authority of Amr Bin Dinar, he said: I heard a man asking Jaber bin Abd Allah about what was evident from the Zakat? Jabir said: No, and he said: If he reaches the nose of a dinar, then Jabir said: Many

عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ،

عَنْ أَبِی سَعِیدٍ الْخُذرِیِّ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((لَیْسَ فَیمَادُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقِ مِنَ الْوَرِقِ صَدَقَۃٌ))۔

On the authority of Abu Sa`id al-Khudhairi, may God be pleased with him: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “There is no five-tier of lemonade”

أَبِی سَعِیدٍ الْخُذرِیِّ

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَعِیدٍ الْخُذرِیَّ، یَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ :((وَلَیْسَ فِیمَادُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقِ صَدَقَۃٌ))۔

I heard Abu Saeed Al-Khudhary saying: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “(There is no five-year-old Faqad).”

أَبَا سَعِیدٍ الْخُذرِیَّ،

أَخْبَرَنَاسُفْیَانُ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ یَحْیَی الْمَازنِیُّ بَھَذَا الْحَدِیثِ۔ أَخْرَجَ الثَّمَانِیَۃَ الأَ حَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ

They told us, “Omar Bin Yahya Al-Mazyoon spoke to us about this hadeeth.” Take the eight hadiths out of the Zakat Book

عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ: أَنَّ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((وَفِی الرِّکَازِ الْخُمُسُ))۔

On the authority of Abu Huraira, may God be pleased with him: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: (In the fifth pillar)

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،

عَنْ أَبِی ھُرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ:أَنَّ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((فِی الرِّکَازِ الْخُمُسُ))۔

On the authority of Abu Huraira, may God be pleased with him: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “(In the fifth pillar)”۔

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،

عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَیِّبِ، وَأَبِی سَلَمَۃَ: أَنَّ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((فِی الرَّکَازِ الْخُمُسُ))۔

On the authority of Ibn al-Musayyib and Abu Salma: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “(In the fifth pillar)”۔

ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ،

عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَیْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِیہِ، عَنْ جَدِّہِ: أَنَّ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِی کَنْزٍ وَجَدَہُ رَجُلٌ فِی خَرِیَۃٍ جَاھِلِیَّۃٍ:((وَإِنْ وَجَدْتَہُ فِی قَرْیَۃِ مَسْکُونَہٍ أَوْ فِی سَبِیلِ مَیْتَاءَ فَعَرِّفْہُ، وَإَنْ وَجَدْتَہُ فِی خَرِیَۃٍ جَاھِلِیَّۃٍ أَوْ فِی قَرْیَۃٍ غَیْرِ مَسْکُونَۃٍ، فَقِیہِ وَفِی الرِّکَازِ الْخُمُسُ))۔

Amr ibn Shuaib, for Obیہ, for Jdہ: that the Prophet peace Allہ Alیہ him in کnz and Jdہ said a man in Khrیۃ Jaھlیۃ: ((though and Cdetہ in Qrیۃ Msکonہ or in order to Mیta Varafہ, though, and Cdetہ in Khrیۃ Jaھlیۃ or Qrیۃ non Msکonۃ, It is in the fifth pillar.

جَدِّهِ، ← أَبِيهِ ← عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ،

عَنِ الشَّغْبِیِّ قَالَ:جَاءَ إِلَی عَلِیَّ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ فَقَالَ: إِنَّی وِجَدْتُ أَلْقَّاوَخَمْسَ مِاثَۃِ دِرْھَمِ فِی خَرِیَۃٍ بِالسَّوَادِ، فَقَالَ عَلَیٌ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ:أَمَا لأَقَضِیَنَّ فِیھَاءَ بَیَنًا، إِنْ کُنْتَ وَجَدْتَھَا فِی قَرْیَۃٍ یُؤَدِّی خَرَاجَھَا قَرْیَۃٌ أُخْرَی فَھِی لأَھْلِ تِلْکَ الْقَریَۃِ، وَإِنْ کُنْتَ وَجَدْتَھَا فِی قَرْیَۃِ لَیْسَ یُؤَدِّی خَرَاجَھا قَرْیَۃٌ أُخْرَی فَلَکَ أَرْبَعَۃُ أَخْمَاسٍ، وَلَنَا الْخُمُسُ، ثُمَّ الْخُمُسُ لَکَ

For Alchgbی said, came to the satisfaction Allہ Anہ said: I found Olqaujms Matۃ dirhams in Khrیۃ black, said Ali Radhi Allہ Anہ: As for Oqdیn Vیھa Bena, if you and Cdetھa in Qrیۃ lead Khrajھa Qrیۃ other Vھی to Oھl Tlک Alqrیۃ, if you and Cdetھa in A village whose exit does not lead to another village, so you have four fifths, we have a fifth, then a fifth is yours

الشَّغْبِیِّ

عَنْ أَبِی ھرَیْرَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ:أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:((وَفِی الرِّکَازِ الْخُمُسُ)) أَخْرَجَ الْخَمَسَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الزَّکَاۃِ، وَالسَّادِسَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الرِّسَالَۃَ

Abu ھrیrۃ satisfaction Allہ Anہ: that the Messenger of Allہ peace Allہ Alیہ him said: ((In Alrکaz five)) Alkhmsۃ out of Hadiths book Zکaۃ, and the sixth of the book Alrsalۃ
