وروى بشار بن كدام ، عن محمد بن زيد ، عن ابن عمر مرفوعاً : ' الحلف حنث أو ندم ' ( 1 ) . وخالفه عاصم بن محمد بن زيد فرواه عن أبيه قال : قال عمر : اليمين مأثمة أو مندمة ( 2 ) .
