أخبرنا أبو نصر محمد بن علي الشيرازي الفقيه ، ثنا أبو عبد الله محمد بن يعقوب ، ثنا يحيى بن محمد ومحمد بن نصر قالا : ثنا يحيى بن يحيى قال : قرأت على مالك ، ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر ، عن عائشة أنها أرادت أن تشترى جارية فتعتقها فقال أهلها : نبيعك على أن ولاءها لنا ، فذكرت ذلك لرسول الله [ صلى الله عليه وسلم ] فقال : ' لا يمنعنك ذلك ، فإنما الولاء لمن أعتق ' ( 1 )
