أخبرنا أبو علي بن شاذان ، نا عبد الله بن جعفر ، نا يعقوب بن سفيان ، نا أبو محمد عبد الله بن وضاح ، نا عبد الله بن إدريس أودي ، عن خالد بن أبي كريمة ، عن معاوية بن قرة ، عن أبيه : ( ( أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بعث أباه إلى رجل عرس بامرأة أبيه ، فقتله ، وخمس ماله ) ) ( 1 ) .

ورواه أيضاً يزيد بن البراء ، عن البراء ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في رجل نكح امرأة أبيه ( 2 ) .وقد مضى حديث أسامة رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : ( ( لا يرث المسلم الكافر ) ) .
