حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَکِ عَنْ زَکَرِيَّا عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَبَنُ الدَّرِّ يُحْلَبُ بِنَفَقَتِهِ إِذَا کَانَ مَرْهُونًا وَالظَّهْرُ يُرْکَبُ بِنَفَقَتِهِ إِذَا کَانَ مَرْهُونًا وَعَلَی الَّذِي يَرْکَبُ وَيَحْلِبُ النَّفَقَةُ قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد وَهُوَ عِنْدَنَا صَحِيحٌ
سنن ابودوٗد · Hadith 3526
Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Prophet ﷺ as saying: The milk of milch camels may be drunk for payment when in pledge, and the animal may be ridden for payment when it is pledge; payment being made by the one who rides and the one who drinks. Abu Dawud said: In our opinion this is correct.
