حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِدَارِ الْجَارِ أَوْ الْأَرْضِ

Narrated Samurah: The Prophet ﷺ said: A neighbour has the best claim to the house or land of the neighbour.
