عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ : أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللہِ بْنَ عُمَرَ رَکِبَ إِلَی ذَاتِ النَّصَبِ، فَقَصَرَ الصَّلاۃَ فِی مَسِیرَۃِ ذَلِکَ ۔ قَالَ مَالِکٌ : وَبَیْنَ ذَاتِ النُّصْبِ وَالْمَدِینَۃِ أَرْبَعُ بُرُدٍ۔

On the authority of Salem bin Abd Allah: that Abdullah ibn Omar rode to the same monument, so the prayer was shortened in that course۔ Malik said: Between the monuments and the cities, there are four colds.
