حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ کَثِيرٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ کَثِيرٍ عَنْ يَحْيَی بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ لَمَّا قُتِلَ زَيْدُ بْنُ حَارِثَةَ وَجَعْفَرٌ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَوَاحَةَ جَلَسَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ يُعْرَفُ فِي وَجْهِهِ الْحُزْنُ وَذَکَرَ الْقِصَّةَ
سنن ابودوٗد · Hadith 3122
Narrated Aishah: When Zaid bin Harithah, Jafar and Abdullah bin Rawahah were killed, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sat down in the mosque and grief was visible in his face. Then he (the narrator) mentioned the rest of the tradition.
