عَنْ سَھْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِیِّ : أَنَّ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَھَبَ إِلَی بَنِی عَمْرِوبْنِ عَوْفٍ لِیُصْلِحَ بَیْنَھُمْ ، وَحَانَتْ صَلاۃُ الْعَصْرِ ، فَأَتَی الْمُؤَذِّنُ أَبَا بَکْرٍ فَتَدَّمَ أَبُو بَکْرٍ ، وَجَا ءَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَکْثَرَ النَّاسُ التَّصْفِیقَ ، وَکَانَ أَبُوبَکْرٍ لا یَلْتَفِتُ فِی الصَّلاۃِ ، فَلَمَّا أَکْثَرَ النَّاسُ التَّصْفِیقَ ، الْتَفَتَ فَرَأَی رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَشَارَ إِلَیْہِ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ کَمَا أَنْتَ ، فَرَفَعَ أَبُوبَکْرٍ یَدَیْہِ ، فَحَمِدَ اللہَ تَعَالَی عَلَی مَا أَمَرَہُ بَہِ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ، ثُمَّ اسْتَأْخَرَ وَتَقَدَّمَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَلَمَّا التَّصْفِیقَ؟ مَنْ نَابَہُ شَیْ ءٌ فِی صَلاتِہِ فَلْیُسَبّحْ ، فَإِنَّہُ إِذَا سَبَّحَ الْتُفِتَ إِلَیْہِ فَإِنَّمَا التَّصْفِیقُ لِلنِّسَا ءِ))۔

When people applauded more, he turned, and saw the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon me, so he referred to the Messenger of God Lیہ recognized that as you are, lifted up Opopکr یdیہ, Vhamd Allہ glorified Omrہ Bہ Messenger Allہ peace Allہ Alیہ him, then Astokhr Messenger offers Allہ peace Allہ Alیہ him, when the applause? If someone prays something in prayer, let him praise, for if he praises he turns to you, but clap for women)
