أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ بِلَالًا يُؤَذِّنُ بِلَيْلٍ فَکُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا حَتَّی تَسْمَعُوا تَأْذِينَ ابْنِ أُمِّ مَکْتُومٍ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 642
It was narrated from Salim, from his father, that the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم said: “Bilal calls the Adhan during the night, so eat and drink until you hear Ibn Umm Maktoom calling the Adhan.” (Sahih).
