أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ قُدَامَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ قَالَ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا مَا دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ إِلَّا صَلَّاهُمَا

It was narrated that Al-Aswad said: ‘Aishah said: “The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم never entered upon me after ‘Asr but he prayed them (the two Rak’ahs).” (Sahih)
