عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، قَالَ: کُنْتُ مَعَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ إِذْ قَالَ لَہُ زَیْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ: أَتُفْتِی أَنْ تَصْدُرَ الْحَائِضُ قَبْلَ أَنْ یَکُونَ آخَرُ عَھْدِھَا بِالْبَیْتِ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ۔ قَالَ: فَلا تُفْتِ بِذَلِکَ۔ ہَلْ أَمَرَھَا بِذَلِکَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ قَالَ: فَرَجَعَ زَیْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ وَھُوَ یَضْحَکُ، وَقَالَ: مَا أَرَاکَ إِلا قَدْ صَدَقْتَ۔
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1034
On the authority of Tawoos, he said: I was with Ibn Abbas when he said to Zayd ibn Thabit: Is it permissible for menstruating men to be released before? He said: Yes۔ He said: Do not miss that۔ Did her command that of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him? He said: Zaid bin Thabit returned when he was laughing. He said: I will not see you unless you give charity.
