أَخْبَرَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ عَنْ ابْنِ عَيَّاشٍ وَهُوَ أَبُو بَکْرٍ عَنْ صَدَقَةَ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ثُمَّ ذَکَرَ کَلِمَةً مَعْنَاهَا حَدَّثَنَا جُمَيْعُ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ عَلَی عَائِشَةَ مَعَ أُمِّي وَخَالَتِي فَسَأَلَتَاهَا کَيْفَ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَصْنَعُ إِذَا حَاضَتْ إِحْدَاکُنَّ قَالَتْ کَانَ يَأْمُرُنَا إِذَا حَاضَتْ إِحْدَانَا أَنْ تَتَّزِرَ بِإِزَارٍ وَاسِعٍ ثُمَّ يَلْتَزِمُ صَدْرَهَا وَثَدْيَيْهَا
سنن نسائی · Hadith 377
Jumai’ bin ‘Umair said: “I entered upon ‘Aishah with my mother and maternal aunt, and we asked her what the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم, used to do when one of (his wives) was menstruating. She said: He would tell us, when one of us menstruated, to wrap a wide Izar around herself then he would embrace her chest and breasts. (Da‘if)
