أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَنْصُورٌ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ کَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُومِئُ إِلَيَّ رَأْسَهُ وَهُوَ مُعْتَکِفٌ فَأَغْسِلُهُ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ

It was narrated that ‘Aishah said: “The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم would put his head out while he was in I’tikaf and I would wash it, while I was menstruating.” (Sahih)
