أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَنَامَ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ تَوَضَّأَ وَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَأْکُلَ أَوْ يَشْرَبَ قَالَتْ غَسَلَ يَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ يَأْکُلُ أَوْ يَشْرَبُ
سنن نسائی · Hadith 260
It was narrated from Abu Salamah that ‘Aishah said: “If the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم wanted to sleep while he was Junub, he would perform Wudu’, and if he wanted to eat or drink,” she said: “he would wash his hands and then eat or drink.” (Sahih)
