أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَی بْنِ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ کُرَيْبٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اغْتَسَلَ فَأُتِيَ بِمِنْدِيلٍ فَلَمْ يَمَسَّهُ وَجَعَلَ يَقُولُ بِالْمَائِ هَکَذَا
سنن نسائی · Hadith 257
It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas that the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم performed Ghusl and a cloth was brought to him, but he did not touch it, and he started doing like this with the water. (Sahih)
