أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ عَنْ مَالِکٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حُمْرَانَ مَوْلَی عُثْمَانَ أَنَّ عُثْمَانَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَا مِنْ امْرِئٍ يَتَوَضَّأُ فَيُحْسِنُ وُضُوئَهُ ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي الصَّلَاةَ إِلَّا غُفِرَ لَهُ مَا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الصَّلَاةِ الْأُخْرَی حَتَّی يُصَلِّيَهَا
سنن نسائی · Hadith 148
‘Uthman said: “I heard the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم say: ‘There is no man who performs Wudu’ and does it well, then prays, but he when he prays it, he will be forgiven whatever (sins he commits) between that and the next prayer.” (Sahih)
